Terms of Service

AutoPNL is an automated profit & loss reporting tool for solo founders and indie hackers. You connect a Stripe restricted API key and AutoPNL imports your transactions, categorizes them using AI, and generates a monthly P&L report. AutoPNL is a reporting and bookkeeping aid only. It does not provide tax advice, legal advice, or accounting services. Always consult a qualified accountant or tax professional for tax obligations.

You may use AutoPNL only for Stripe accounts you own or are authorized to access. You agree not to:

• ✕Connect Stripe accounts you do not own or are not authorized to access
• ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• ✕Use AutoPNL to facilitate fraud or money laundering
• ✕Share your account credentials with others
• ✕Attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls

• Trial: AutoPNL offers a 14-day free trial. No charge during the trial period.
• Pricing: $19/month. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed via Polar (Merchant of Record). Polar handles tax collection, invoicing, refunds, and dunning.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. You will be charged on your renewal date unless you cancel.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your Polar billing portal (Settings, Manage subscription). Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Polar per their merchant policies. Contact support@autopnl.com if you have issues.

Your use of AutoPNL is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We store your Stripe restricted API key encrypted at rest. You retain ownership of all your transaction data.

AutoPNL, its logo, and the underlying software are the intellectual property of the AutoPNL operator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Your transaction data remains yours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoPNL and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of revenue, data, or business) arising from your use of or inability to use the service. AutoPNL's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the service. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings. On termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
